Took and passed the Certified Developer exam today. It was tough but anyone with plenty of Salesforce experience should be fine. There seemed to be a lot of emphasis on understanding workflow, approval processes and sharing rules – so I would recommend revising those topics.
You can expect to get 3-4 questions asking you to recommend what is the most appropriate solution to a given problem, for example if an job application needs approval by a recruiting manager, one (of three) executives and a HR manager.
