I think one of your questions need to be revisited
When transferring an account from one user to another, which of the following options are available? (select all that apply)
A. Transfer closed cases (your answer)
B. Transfer closed opportunities (your answer)
C. Transfer open activities (your answer) (this is actually correct – when transferring an account all “open activities also get transferred to the new owner”
D. Transfer closed activities
@ursula: I agree in retrospect that the wording of the question could be clearer- answer C was intended to be a trick answer for those that thought it was an option instead occurring automatically.
@peter: the link is not so obvious, click “Salesforce.com Certified Administrator Practice Exam”… I will make it stand out a bit more
I don’t understand the reason for including a “trick” question. This is not a good testing strategy and as someone who is to take the test soon, this kind of thing concerns me. I should be tested on my knowledge, not if I can figure out the subtleties of how questions are worded.
The whole idea behind a “trick” question is to separate who knows exactly(!) what happens vs who doesn’t… may not be the best method but is common enough in tech exams that I thought it was reasonable to include.
This particular exam I found to be very straightforward (and not overly challenging). If you did well on the rest of the practice exam then don’t let that question throw you. Good luck!
I am a ’seasoned veteran’ of most of the SFDC exams, including the new ones effective as of May 1st.
Just a heads up that the wording of a question does play a BIG part in the exams. SFDC claim there are no ‘trick’ questions, but a single word can make the difference between checking a box and leaving it blank. Particularly on the multi-select questions.
Just take your time and read the questions carefully and you should be fine.
I am taking Certified Admin exam tomorrow I got high/100% pass marks in the proprofs tests 1/2/3/ is that a fair indication of how I might do?
I am not experienced admin fairly new to sf do not currently use however took the training (most of that went over my head pace was too quick for an absolute beginner) have done a fair amount of study
Hard to say- I’m not familiar with the Pro Profs 1/2/3 exams, although I can say that if you passed my practice exam at 100% you’re likely well positioned. Experience does help but the entry level admin cert is quite doable with of it. Good luck!

Sure is… looks like the proprofs site is down. Hopefully this is just a temporary outage on their part.
